How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be requested through our app or via phone call. For urgent or same day sick appointments, please call us directly so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer emergency services?

We handle some urgent care cases during our regular business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we refer to emergency clinics.

What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?

Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications or supplements, a fecal sample, and your pet’s most recent vaccination history. You’re also welcome to bring your pet’s favorite treat or toy for comfort!

Do you accept pet insurance?

Is payment due at the time of service?
